jaubrey -> Don of New Era DB Error (2/28/2017 11:42:28 PM)

Just installed Don of a New era and when I attempt to load it tells me that I am "explicitly or implicitly" loading a DB that is not on the DB folder. Did some searches and and didn't find any threads. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you grab the update.

Thanks

Mike

Thanks Mike. Correction to that error. I am now unable to load any scenario - even ones that come with the sim - and it says my version is the latest version.

What game version and db version are you using?

Game version is top of your UI db can be found under Editor->Database->Change Database->The version that is checked off.

Thanks!

Mike

Figured it out. It apparently is taking it several minutes to scan the database. When I went to change database it told me it was still scanning and when it was complete everything loaded. that's not obvious when the program loads. appreciate the help.

1.11 SR 7 Build 906.24
DB - 461

Of course the scenario stops functioning after one second so I guess I will approach this again later - tired of restarting my computer...

Hi,

Any update on this?

Reg -> RE: Don of New Era DB Error (3/4/2017 6:45:13 AM)

I also have this issue for any scenario under 1.11 SR 7 Build 906.24 though there was no sign of it in Build 906.21.

It seems to come good after a few attempts to load a scenario so jaubrey's explanation above seems to make sense.

Edit: Database 461 - straight out of the box as downloaded from the Matrix site.
Edit2: Scenarios seem to run fine for me once loaded.
