Pack Rat -> Artillery ammo loads (5/17/2001 12:54:00 PM)

For those that are still waiting for the new version. Ammo loads for artillery have been changed. As a general rule the higher the caliber the less ammo you have, this was the way it was not too many versions back. I for one pushed hard for more ammo for artillery in the first place. My thinking was for the bigger maps more ammo was needed. Since (at least for most pbem games I've played) the bigger maps aren't all that popular the move back to smaller loads is a good thing, I think. I believe with higher artillery costs and less ammo a better play balance will be had. Good move Matrix !!
