AT% and AP% (Full Version)

What do these mean?

When you mouse over a hex, you get the green-shaded info box with lots of stuff in it. I am sharp enough to guess that FORT has something to do with the max fortification level possible in the hex. I have also figured out that SP% has to do with the amount of supply that can be recovered per turn while in the hex. Try as I might, I have no clue what AT% and AP% mean.

IIRC, AT% is the positive effect the terrain has on anti-tank defense strength, and AP% for anti-personnel defense strength.
