valkyrion -> [RESOLVED] IP address blocked (3/14/2017 2:55:32 PM)

When I go to download the installer it says 421 error IP address blocked.
I was trying to download last night with internet download manager but I am not sure what happened to my internet connection last night as it only finished 30% roughly and nothing was connected in the morning.
After restarting my computer I just keep getting this error when I try to download the installed for Command again.
Should I just try later in the day again tonight?
