Can we change the Spotting distances for Naval units in the Editor? I have tried editing the Penalties/Bonuses for the Navel spotting, going as high as +5 with no change to spotting distances at all! I even went so far as to put -5 in and trying that, but still no change. Can we not edit these distances, and if not then WHY is it available to edit at all!
All I want to do is increase the spotting by 1 hex.

I don't know why it isn't working for you, I was able to do it here in the Editor:

That's where I tried! I tried changing the values and saving but no joy! I'll give it another go later.
