Playing Axis vs. AI, at T6 have 166 VPs after taking Vinnitsa. T7, T8 show VPs=165, then T9 VPs=166, again. Do not see any change in Axis controlled cities. Nothing else seems out of place. Thought seen before, but not noted. Don't think its bug. Can any explain likely why?
