So I'm attempting to build the Navy base at Pearl Harbor...pretty basic, just Sub base, Airfield, and a place for ships to get replenished. So the big question is....How? I've found the airfields but cannot find anything in facilities that is "Base" related for ships and subs.

Piers are what you're looking for, also docks. Ammo and fuel supplies are also standard inclusions.

look under country= none for single unit ports and piers
the ports have magazines with them as do the airfields so stock those as well
and like apache85 said dont forget the avgas and diesel

Are you using a custom layer to help position everything?
