This is the starting (1939) research chit allocation for Italy. In view of the large navy that Italy starts with, I'm thinking that the chit in Long Range Aircraft (LRA) is a typo that should have been placed in Naval Weaponry (NW) instead. Even if the present chit in LRA is as intended, I ask if this could possibly be reviewed for possible adjustment to NW. It would make Italy much more competitive, particularly when the AI plays the Axis.
