Digs -> Not able to re-download game via My Products page, why?. (4/15/2017 10:47:53 PM) Hello, I purchased GTC yesterday on the 14th of April; I tried registering the serial number, but it say it's already registered. If it's already registered, then why can't I have access to the games executable file?; if I should ever need to download it again I'd like to be able to. P.S. Just so you know, the first thing I do when I download a new purchased game, is I back it up to an external drive (of various types).
