I've downloaded OOB Marines from two different sites. Everything seems good until I get the "installation
successful" point. The screen then says 'initializing' and nothing happens. Any ideas?

I've downloaded two ways, to 'run' and to 'save'
Both times I went through the usual download procedure.
Nothing unusual. I try to play the game and nothing happens.

Are you referring exclusively to the Marines part? Can you play the tutorial?

I can play both OOB WWII and Battle of Britain.
The game with serial number shows up in my Matrix account.
No icon for Marines shows up on my screen.
I try to play from the command line.

You don't have a separate desktop icon for the US Marines campaign.
In order to start the US Marines campaign please do the following:
Run the game. Then go to “Single Player” and then on the Campaign Map you will see a icon for the US Marines campaign. Click this to start the campaign.

Sorry to have bothered you. It was probably there all along.
When the screen opened up with WWII and BoB I assumed that's where I would find
the new game so I didn't look at the campaign map [sm=00000007.gif]
