It would be interesting to see a real army against Orks.

Some suggestions -

Engineers that can blow bridges (three of them can secure Acheron on their own)

Infantry 39 (rifle, grenade, knife)
Infantry 44 (MP44, grenade, knife)
MG team
Assault engineers a.k.a. Sturmpioniere (MG, flamethrower, flamethrower, knife)
Brandenburg 800 (light weapons, good vision and fast runners)

Recon cars (good vision)
Radar (cheat recon)

Support units - 88 Flak (antitank)
Nebelwerfer (2 rockets, 2 rockets, 2 rockets)
Longe range artillery for counterbattery fire
Bismarck battleship (heavy guns, more heavy guns, even more heavy guns)
V2 accurate enough to take out field targets

Air force is what this game misses; there are some planes but they are slow and not so useful. Some BF 109s to take out those Ork choppers would be needed as well as ground attack planes.
