HAWK7 -> Are TOE upgrades manual or automatic? (4/21/2017 6:07:59 PM) Do the TOE upgrade automatic or do need to upgrade them manually? I am asking because the 16. Panzer Division does not upgrade in August from the 41 Panzerdivision template to the 41d template. In the TOE upgrade menu in the lower right corner it says upgrade in 0 turns for several turns now.

Some units may look stubborn, but keep them on working rail and on refit, away from enemy, and they should finally upgrade. Or just ignore this and use them normally. They will eventually upgrade.
