conjotter -> Linked campaign question (4/26/2017 2:01:19 PM)

Now that Wavre has been released, is there a way to play all of the games in a

linked campaign, with losses carried over from one game to the next?

Alan Sharif -> RE: Linked campaign question (4/27/2017 8:06:18 AM)

I do not believe there is currently. However, I am 100% certain there are modders working on this as we speak.

I don't know of any modders working on anything new for Waterloo.

The Dogs Of War Vu are always working on Waterloo.

I asked about it on Norb's forums over a year ago and was told that a "Gold Edition" might see some changes made to allow that. 'Might' being the key word I guess.

Actually just checking in to see if anything has changed since, with two more add-ons out, with regards to campaigns. Tant pis.

Good luck to modders trying to add to this game.

I said "working on anything new". The KS Mod is updated regularly but I wouldn't call that "new" it's an ongoing process. By "new" I meant there won't be a way to mod a campaign out of the main game + 3 dlcs given the structure of the base game.

I'd personally like to see the sandbox campaign improved, especially in a way that gets rid of the real time shenanigans which just doesn't work. Brussels to Charleroi in under an hours marching is silly.
