Unforeseen -> Mod the date? (5/14/2017 11:10:27 AM) Is it possible to mod the in-game date? Like..from 2100 to 0000?

For my mod I am using a means outside Distant Worlds Universe to convert the DW Date to Star Trek Stardate format
