The next/previous idle unit is not stable, if you modify a unit, the next page up/down press will put you at the beginning or end of the list. So you will iterate a couple of times over the same unit you currently do not wish to move.

Please make this function reemember its current position, so you can safely cycle through it.

Also in the news: There's a bomber group in Italy, when you reach this in the list, you can no longer continue cycling through the units. Going in the opposite driection will put you back at the beginning.

Hi Eazrael,

Can you tell me if you've tried the latest beta v1.03.02? I only ask as we've modified the Page Up/Page Down rules a bit and I suspect this will have resolved your concerns here.

Here are the updated rules and after trying to repeat what you've found I am unable to do so, so I suspect this is no longer a problem but it would be great to have this confirmed.

- NEXT and PREVIOUS unit selections are now organized by types, Land, Air and Sea units. For example, if you currently have an Air unit selected, the next/previous unit will be another Air unit.

We've also introduced the 'Sleep' tool in the latest beta which makes assigning units to 'Sleep' that much easier.

Hubert

I was using the latest version from the updater, not the beta version. I tested the Beta Update 1.03.02 and it improved the situation a bit. But using any unit will create a new unit sequence. I tested it, first came 3 naval units, then an infantry unit on the west front. I moved the unit and went page up. I expected to see the three naval units again, but got a unit in north africa, even subsequent presses in any direction would not show me these naval unit.

This is likely the expected behaviour as we've changed the next and previous unit selections to be organized by types. So for example, you started with a land unit and then all Page Up/Down selections will proceed to land units only.

If you started with a naval unit then it would proceed to only naval units and so on for air units as well.
