HQ buildup distance to RR (Full Version)

I thought the distance for HQ build-up was reduced to 20SP but I see Corps up to 27SP have the option enabled. When I click it, it gives me the AP cost.
Haven't pressed yes so I might not work.

What is the WAD distance now for HQ build-up?

OK, so SP values are irrelevant, it's just 20 hexes?
