Swayin -> Amphib TF's not accruing PPs (6/11/2017 5:06:04 PM)

Got the game this weekend and am loving it - but just like WitE or WitP, it's a lot to chew on! One mechanic I can't seem to master is getting my amphib TFs to accrue prep points for the next invasion. They are sitting in port, they have been giving the target hex - but nada. I'm playing the Italy campaign and my breakout from Bari has pushed the Hun back to the Gustav line just north of Naples ... and it's a wall I need to get around. But can't do it without those TFs generating planning points. What am I missing? See attached and thanks in advance!
