Have an open slot for an allied or Japanese player if that's the side you enjoy. I am trying to learn the Japanese side. Here are the house rules I would like: Game options Advanced weather on, Allied DC on, PDU on, Historical first turn -off, December 7th surprise -on, Reliable torpedoes -off, Realistic R&D -off No units withdrawals -on. Fixed Reinforcements- on Set All facilities to expand - on Auto upgrade ships and air groups - on Accept air and ground replacements -on Yea, the 4E restriction seems like a popular house rule so something must be there. The one I like for PP (even with the garrison stuff) is Player must pay PP to move restricted units across borders. exceptions: - US-Canada and Manchuria-Korea borders can be ignored - Thai troops can move to Burma and Malaya - Restricted Chinese troops that historically operated in Burma/ India can cross borders without paying PP I'm pretty basic on turn 1. - Allies only issuing new orders in China. (As it is the only ongoing conflict) - Japan not allowed to hunt the allied carriers on the first two turns. - No attacking both Manila and PH on turn one. - Japanese 1st turn invasions will not feature any warp landings and will only be on Malaya or Borneo or Philippines areas. All bases there are fair game.
