Caesarmatty -> Problem Uploading (7/12/2017 1:26:24 PM)

When i tried to upload to the server, the server gave me an error message saying I couldn't unload it...but then right afterwords it said, "file uploaded to PBEN server."

Now on the PBEN lobby, it has my game as GREEN for me, but when i hover over it, it says it's my opponent's turn. When he looks at it from his end, it's RED but when he hovers over it says it's his turn.

When i try to reload the file, i get an error message saying, "file mismatch" and it won't load. I saved it before I uploaded it, but i think that save was over-ridden.

Does anyone know if I or my opponent are able to somehow get this game back? Thanks!

Thank you...we just started a new one, it was only my second game so i'm still learning. We love it by the way...but we're in thailand and the internet connection causes a LOT of problems when we're trying to get to the PBEM site and when we're uploading. Sometimes takes a half hour or more of trying again and again. I don't know enough about this kind of thing to know if that's anything that can be helped on your end or not, but it's probably something you should be aware of.

We'd like to know if there's any resolution to the problem above though, in any case, so we won't have to restart again next time.

Thanks for your response.

Probably your firewall, or one of your Internet security programs, is blocking the communication with the server.
Check your Internet security settings.

Also, if you are connecting through a Wi-Fi device to your router, try then uploading with your system connected to the router trough a network cable.

Unfortunately those are't the reasons- the firewall is off and neither of us is using wifi. Though often restarting the modem seems to help, for some reason.

You may also want to check these 2 games 78534...80282. Both look as though they have uploaded, ( both done today)
but each showed an error message, after uploading. [X(]
