ool -> Soviet Rifle division buildup date? (7/13/2017 6:38:08 PM) According to the manual two brigades can form a Soviet Rifle division 6/41. I'm in October of 41 and can't accomplish this build up. Obviously the date in the manual must have been changed. Can someone please tell me the new effective date to build brigades into divisions please. Thanks in advance.

Dinglir -> RE: Soviet Rifle division buildup date? (7/13/2017 6:46:07 PM) v1.03 Beta 2 - January 21, 2011 Naval Rifle Brigades may be used to create Rifle Corps. Restricted Soviet Rifle brigades so they can't merge into Rifle Divisions prior to May-1942.

Stelteck -> RE: Soviet Rifle division buildup date? (7/13/2017 7:29:56 PM) Carefull having tons of brigade is very usefull to man fortification in depth. Converting everything to divisions have drawbacks.
