AN ERROR OCCURED WHILE TRYING TO OPEN AN FTP FILE. Can you please let us know when this will be fixed? Thanks!

The updates are posted as winzip files, what if people don't have winzip (it's not for free, costs about $40,00)... Pretty bad support I'd say... Not sure what to do now, can't play the game...
