ORIGINAL: warspite1 Two islands? Scotland only two islands? Not even close - Isle of Skye, Isle of Wight, Isle of Sheppey, Anglesey, Shetlands, Lindisfarne, Orkneys etc etc etc Three out of seven for geography. Not sure where etc etc etc is thou. There's 6,000+ islands in GB and the majority are Scottish or scotch if you drunk. warspite1 Well you get 0 out of 10 for understanding the post - and a similar mark for spelling [;)] One poster said that there were two islands in the UK - Great Britain and Northern Ireland - then the second poster said Scotland is two islands. I referred to both posts - I quoted both in my answer - and said that neither was close. I then gave just an example of islands off England, Scotland and Wales. This was hardly meant to be a definitive list as I said etc etc at the end. Are you suggesting I think Sheppey, Angelsey, Lindisfarne and Wight are off Scotland?
