On the advantages to the AI, when you give the AI an experience bonus - how does that work?

Is it a one time bonus to all existing units, or only to new units, or both?

What happens when you remove the bonus after the game has started?

It applies automatically, so you can add this bonus or take it away at any relevant part of a game against the AI. This might be useful if you want (say) just a tougher battle for France, or if you find the Red Army is collapsing faster than you would like, but then you can reduce it again if it gets stronger than you would like. The options are yours to play with. [:)]
