Not sure this has been mentioned here before, but if you haven't seen it, this is one of the best history projects I have ever seen. It is a twitter account that is tweeting daily events from WW2, with lots of uncommon photos. Really well done so far (of course it is just 2 days in).

This is the second time around, so the tweets for the most part exist, but it is more fun to follow as events unfold!

You get that you can just... not subscribe to any users you don't want to hear from right? And sometimes it is good to hear from the other side just to make sure you don't get stuck in the echo chamber. For example, if in theory there was a narcissistic, conspiracy theory believing, racist on twitter, I would not like him but it might be important to follow him, maybe he would have some position to influence events in the world. I don't know, crazy things happen right?
