Hi there.
I have noted for a long time that the information about parked enemy AC is not updated after a strike on that unit/location, even with ISR/recon present overhead and so have decided to report this as a possible bug.
Lets explain the situation a bit more in detail (B936.21):
In the provided image you can see the results of an major Tomahawks strike on an AF from both sides of the conflict.
After the strike, one side (owner of the AB) reports all present AC as destroyed while the attacking side still sees at least 19 active enemy AC parked on the tarmac/location, but does get real time BDA information from overhead ISR/recon assets. This AC BDA information will not change, even as over time facility BDA information gets further updated. Even as a tarmac space has a BDA assessment of "Heavy damage, major fire" the previously parked AC is still marked as "AC present" on the map.
I can understand that some information about the status of parked AC is not visible real time, but this seems a but weird, especially as the open air facility hosting it is virtually completely destroyed ..
A test scenario is provided in the next post where the AF attack is just launched on the AC hosting facilities. If sides are switched after the strike, the AC status disparities become visible.
