Hubert Cater -> RE: Downloading error (10/14/2017 9:51:29 PM) Hi Tom, This could be a permissions error on your OS folders that are saving your files which can sometimes happen if a file gets locked for any number of reasons. Usually a reboot resolves the issue. Let me know if this helps, Hubert
