Bottom line: Unit components (sensors at least) damage level resets with a every new damaging hit. Details: Here is a scenario with a barracks building as a target. The building has 2 air radars manually added. Both of them have damage level set to "destroyed". On the other scenario side we have Ka-52 with a bunch of S-8 unguided rockets. Ka-52 is ready to fire. Launch all the rockets at the target, switch to the side "2" and watch how impacting rockets change the damage status of the target's sensors bringing them back to life. Bonus content That happens with a fire strength level too: set the building on fire through SetUnitDamage() lua method to severe level, blow up any small FAE warhead over the building through AddExplosion(), watch fire level being reset to "major" or "medium"
