I hesitated whether report this problem, but decided to do so because this one looks obvious now, and there could be someone else suffering this problem also.
1. After 1.13 update, There are some lags when zooming & panning map.
2. Also, Map doesn't show designated position clicked. When right-clicking place, there are always some offsets between the position where I clicked and where screen shows after shifted.
Even they 'jump' the whole AO where scenario runs, and showing totally odd place.
The offsets seems to be much bigger when clicking relatively side of the screen.
Am I only person confronted with this issue?

3.I forgot to mention last one - Map centering right clicks are sometimes ignored(This one happens bit more frequent than after update). Devs, could you guys take account of this one, too?
