Authentication key not working

FTBSS -> Authentication key not working (11/3/2017 3:25:07 AM)
Downloaded Shifting Sands add-on and used the provided key and it says it's invalid and when I tried to register the add-on it says invalid. copy and pasted from the confirmation e-mail after payment.

try to manually input the key as sometimes the copy paste method takes over spaces etc
