I started the "The next war 1979" scenario. A ceasefire is in place, which works on the ground, but the air war is starting right away, with air to air combat and interdiction attacks.
This was not the case in game version III, where the ceasefire included the air units.

Hello, thanks for the report. I ran this scenario with TOAW III,computer vs. computer, for one turn. I checked the Inventory and Replacements list at the beginning of turn 2, and there were no losses for any type of unit [expected during a ceasefire]. I then did the same in TOAW IV, and there were losses to all units, including air units. I did not notice any combats while the turn ran, so I think maybe there were air battles and interdiction of land units or bombardments. Whatever the case, I wanted to also report that this seems to be confirmed.

I am not familiar with this scenario myself, but maybe someone who is familiar with this or any other ceasefire using scenarios can also take a look to confirm.

Hello, I can confirm that in the scenario "US Civil War 2008" the same problem exists. There are air battles and interdiction attacks although there is a Ceasefire until Turn 12.
