On a side note, the AD should be best set to 4 and the MRPB to 2. Interested in this side note ... -- is there a "rule of thumb" for modifying AD and MRPB in older scenarios? -- or is this something specific you know re: Tannenberg? There is indeed - http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=3045873 All explained in this post; exceptions of course are possible regarding the AD/MRPB, but that's being explained as well. As for Tannenberg, and I am more than happy to do even a PBEM test against/with you, I'd adjust the MRPB to 3 and the AD to 4. It's a half-week per turn scenario and losses can accumulate more in half a week rather than in a half-day per turn battle. And historically, the Russkies lost 1/3(!!!) of their men! Regarding the extended supply rule/setting, one would have to make tests; but it's more relevant in scenarios with precious motorised support and therefore the limitation a scenario designer can implement to prevent tanks advancing ahead on a 1% supply margin ;) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Tannenberg Klink, Oberst
