This is a sequel to Directive 21. Starts with the Axis Summer Offensive, Hitler's Directive 41 or "Case Blue".

Axis Human Player vs Soviet Programmed Opponent only.
Map Scale is 10km per hex
Unit Scale is Reg/Bde/Div
Turns: 317 Bi-weekly

C:\Users\Documents\my games\The Operational Art of War IV\Scenarios\WW II - East Front

Make sure to take all of the files (including the .eqp) and put them all in the WW II - East Front folder.
