ivanov -> Soviets and smoke (11/25/2017 1:18:08 AM)

This was discussed long time ago but I just want to make sure: is there any use at all of the smoke for the Soviets? All NATO armies use the thermal imaging, so they can see through the smoke. But is there maybe some partial cover that the Soviets may gain from using the smoke? As the things stand now, smoke is probably the most effective NATO asset, that allows the units become completely stealth for a while. In the future I'd like to see the effects of the smoke less absolute. It should provide the Soviets with some level of protection and the protection against the units without thermal imaging, shouldn't be 100%.
