S-400(SA-21b) can shoot target higher than 125000ft

M1A2G -> S-400(SA-21b) can shoot target higher than 125000ft (11/30/2017 5:04:02 AM)
According to the database,SA-21b can only shoot target which altitude is 30ft——125000ft(9m——38100m).But as the picture showed,SA-21b successfully hit my DF-16B at 84.5km,even higher.So I wonder is this a bug or something else ?
