If I Trasport supply to cam Rahm bay as jpn can it be transfered to Bangkok Saigon and Singapore even if there is no rail just by main roads?

Yes but it won't move as efficiently or as fast as it would by rail....GP

Saigon is a direct rail link (assuming no enemy on the tracks). The other two locations have a short rail break between Saigon and Phnom Penh but the first class road is the next best thing. Supply will propagate well once the pipeline is full.

And likewise, all the extra resource generated in Indochina can be loaded at and shipped out from Cam Ranh Bay. Saves the 2 - 3 day ship transit from Singapore, and is not subject to submarine attack getting to CRB. Theoretically, the resource would move toward Canton/Hong Kong if the roads are clear and could be loaded there. China doesn't need resource, just oil and fuel (in relatively small quantities to keep the refineries humming and HI producing.)
