no and or the reasons being, the game installs not only in more than one place, but also in the registry but, if you installed some somewhere before you installed any game you wished to move, the answer would or could be different, but add in the cost of the program and the time to re image windows to install in first etc, then add in all the games, just to move one etc, not worth the effort, old school games yes modern ones, nope, or not for most users / people. this is why data needs keeping, but game doesn't, so a reinstall of the game, then just adding the data gets almost nay game up and running quicker than using programs which track each and every install of a game or app / program etc etc
