Yes, if Rommel already exists in the game, then a different HQ name will be chosen for the Afrika Korps. Otherwise we'd be depriving the Axis of an HQ, which wouldn't be fair.

Really appreciatte what happened; what i observed when i played Human as German is that it charge me 200 Mpps the Afrika Korps Rommel; The AI now German didnt charge 200 Mpps to Rommel and also another HQ General with Elite troops didnt Charge any to the AI. so two HQs Rommel and Schommer didnt charge nothing to the AI but when human player Rommel charge me 200 Mpps

Hi Zecke

The AI should have definitely been charged MPPs for the Afrika Korps, as the DECISION applies to the AI in exactly the same way. I cannot say for the second HQ without checking, but certainly for the first and its associated units a charge should have been made.

The reports should hopefully show a reduction in German income of 100 MPPs for 5 turns for the Afrika Korps. One way to check it is to load up the next turn, switch sides, and see if Germany is being charged MPPs for the Afrika Korps at the end of the turn.
