Dubba -> Unable to play full screen in 1920x1080 (12/18/2017 2:51:01 AM)

Hi guys I have been through the forums and searched every ware for a reason why this won't go full screen in 1920x1080.

I have a 16.9 monitor and an amd 5800 graphics card and no matter what i put in the switches it still reverts back to the original resolution.

Here is the switch i have using and when i put it in windowed mode it only shows up in 1/4 of the screen top left and the rest of the window is black is there anything that anyone can think of that im missing?

"C:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe" -altFont -deepColor -fd -pxf1920 -pyf1080 -dd_sw

Take the f out of the px and py switches.

Here is my line:

"C:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe" -altFont -archive -deepColor -dd_sw -px1920 -py1080 -fixedArt -skipVideo -SingleCpuOrders -cpu2

Yes thanks BBfanboy I tried you line and everything runs but it still reverts back to its old pixels looks so bad and unplayable is there still any tech support related to the game or im going to have to ask politely for a refund such a shame since it appears to be such a good game.

Any other tech support would be helpful I have been through every forum spending 6 hours on this today after purchase and have not got very far.

Any other support would be highly appreciated.

Just downloaded the game and have checked for updates there are none, what do you think the problem may be Chemkid?

I have seriously tried almost everything to get it working in 1920x1080 and it still looks so bad.

Thanks Chemkid but war do I apply that file too I unzipped it to patches folder ware do I send those files too?

And yet nothing sorry have never come across a game this complicated to actually get up and and going, When the game was first installed I ran a patch update from the forst operating frame and it told me the game was fully upto date????

As you would expect from a game purchased. Or maybe Im wrong the game should of been fully updated upon installing the program.

Chemkid you my friend are an absolute legend, manually downloading the update worked and now I can see the true scope of the game.

Thank you for your help with this it extremely appreciated I was unsure after reading all the forums on how to fix this looking forward to some pbem.
