Aircraft upgrade confusion (Full Version)

sandman2575 -> Aircraft upgrade confusion (1/4/2018 2:05:23 AM) Confused about this. It's Sept. '43. I have a Group of 60 P-47Cs. In Production panel, I see there is a ready pool of 97 P-47D-15s. Yet, when I try to manually upgrade the 47Cs, there's no option to pick the D-15s. There's only a path to a pool of no-longer-in-production D-5s. (There are 30 factories building the new D-15 version. Although it also says "0" have been built, despite the fact that there are 97 in the pool (???)). Thinking maybe I wasn't allowed to 'skip a step', I tried to manually upgrade a group of P-47D-5s to the newer D-15s. But again, there's just no option to pick the D-15s. Advice appreciated.

Denniss -> RE: Aircraft upgrade confusion (1/4/2018 7:33:49 AM) There's delay for new US aircraft to become available due to long transports flights or shipping from US to Europe. For Multi-engine a/c it should be one month, for single-engine a/c 3 months. AFAIR British/Axis a/c have 1 month delay for all types.
