IainMcNeil -> Recruiting Strategy & Wargame Producer (1/15/2018 4:43:49 PM)

Hi guys,

we are recruiting! We are looking for an experienced producer to add to the team in our Epsom office, just south of London.

The Slitherine Group are looking for a dynamic, independent individual to add to our growing team of producers, managing external developers. The producer is the main point of contact for the developer and liaises with the other departments inside the company and helps with schedule design, marketing and a range of other issues.
The ideal candidate will have:
• The ability to work well with external teams building a firm relationship with our development partners and license holders
• Strong communication skills. Many developers and other internal departments are dealt with remotely and it is important to talk to people as often as possible and not rely on email.
• Manage developer and internal expectations
• Understand strategy games and be able to give meaningful feedback to raise the quality bar of your projects.
• Good organizational skills and be able to keep teams on schedule and keep other departments informed.
• The ability to analyse a game and see what makes it fun. You may be required to review game submissions from new partners and see the potential in their games at the early development stage.
• An understanding of budgets and budget constraints.
• Experience of using Microsoft Office or similar programs.
• Experience of UI / UX design
• Experience of managing development teams

Please send all inquiries to career@slitherine.co.uk

Feel free to share this with anyone you think might be interested!

yes for me also, if younger and able to move down there, as too far for me to travel anyway now days, but yes 20 plus years ago, this or something in the testing side would have been great, hope someone enjoys it and finds a good job with them, as your not going to get many jobs like these if this is what kind of work your looking for.

good luck on anyone that applies and look forward to seeing you soon
