How can I unlock hexes where entry is prohibited for June 22, 1941/Turns 1-3? I need to open locked controlled rail hexes in Yugoslavia, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria for optional Axis strategic movement to/from Rumania on Turn one. Thanks!! Noticed WitW offers this as part of its Map Editor tools.
