Seems like an authorization issue.
Did you start the patch as Admin?

Looks like my uninstall.exe file is missing, couldn't uninstall my game from hard drive.

had an answer from support, was able to patch 1.11 with windows safe mode.

It looks like I have to turn off my antivirus to get it to get past the finalized install process. It did this for come and strategic command. I might buy into Webroot instead of the free Panda.

@ Kessler - I have the game running with advast, so if advast is your problem, maybe it's a setting. have you checked all your setting that might interfere?
