Vichyssoise -> evading sub on-screen oddity, (2/12/2018 12:00:12 PM)

I don't know if it's an issue anyone else has encountered, but since 1.11 (I have not yet installed 1.12) every single time a sub evades an attack, it appears in its new location before the 'evade attack' message is displayed.

I have no idea if its a bug or a problem with my PC, but I hadn't noticed it before (i.e. with previous versions).

I'm not using any mod nor did I change any settings.

While it doesn't even rank as an inconvenience, it's rather odd.

Hi Vichyssoise,

Can you give me a little more detail on this?

For example,

1) Fog of war on or off?

2) Is this an enemy sub appearing in a new location before the evade attack message?

3) Is this your own sub evading an attack during an AI turn?

4) Is this during a PBEM++ replay of your own sub evading an attack?

Thanks,
Hubert

While you wait for his, I can give you mine as I have seen the same thing. To put it in simplest terms, it looks for a moment as if I have two subs in an area where I only have one.

1. Fog of War = ON
2. No
3. Yes
4. Not a pbem.

As Cold Soup said, it doesn't bother me a bit, just a little odd !
