I want to know exactly how much does reserve status reduce construction efforts on forts, if it does reduce it at all?
In the condense manual I didn't even find a reference to this topic.

It does definitely reduce digging yes but hopefully one of the more clever buffins can answer as I cannot remember numbers

Taking a ballpark guess from my subconcious I think it might be about 33% reduction but take that with a huge pinch of salt and wait until one of our spreadsheet guys pop up [:D]

do you mean that only 25% of construction points are effective? that does seam a bit high, but I get the perception that there is like a reduction of 40% or more when dinging in reserve.

Yes, so if you have 40 construction points then will work as 10.
However I have not read this anywhere and can't guarantee it is correct.

Construction points are divided by 4, so only 25% of the base value remain.
