Playing my first attempt as allies vs. Japanese AI on hard - Ironman scenario.
This game is end of January 1942 and it has been challenging.

What advantages does the AI receive for Hard settings?
Does the AI receive any combat advantages, or just supply and industry advantages?

combat advantages no; supply and industry probably

VHard has combat advantages fpr AI, and local supply does not run out ever
Hard does not have combat advantages, and you can actually starve AI guys if you prevent supply transport. Takes ages though, so it is better to stomp them of course, supply(-) malus is perfectly applicable to AI.

By the way, this is not the AI 'cheating' as alleged by some posters on this forum. These artificial crutches are only there to give a 'dumb' computer the ability to provide some degree of challenge to the intelligent player. [;)]

I assume you are not typing your post on a 93 petaflop* Sunway TaihuLight computer. [:'(]
