Curtis Lemay,
Thank you for your user interface thread. It is an eye opener, very helpful.
I was looking to see if I could alter the tool tip actions when hovering over a point on the map. I know how to
change the timing, or turn it off altogether. But, is there any way to have it appear only when you want, like on
a key command or something? I find it disruptive to have it pop up all the time and would like to have control over
when, and how long, they appear.

On a personal note, how do you hold all this stuff in your head? Does it hurt? Does it ever leak?
Thanks for all the time and effort you spend helping us understand the inner workings. These tips make the
Simulations much more enjoyable.

Can't be done. You can only control how long to hoover before it appears and how long it will stay once it appears.

I don't. I usually have to go back and search the manual. So, I'm basically performing a manual reading service.
