GamesaurusRex -> MORVAEL : Another Thought For The Next Patch... (3/9/2018 7:38:36 PM)

The Logistics Phase Event Log provides information that helps the Russian manage timing of plant evacuation, production, and the army supply chain. For example, the lines reporting the total "armaments" produced and consumed in the turn is helpful and fairly clear...

HOWEVER, the "supply" reporting is a mess. Why is there no line that reports "total supply consumed" for the turn ?
For some reason, supply is split out into several items that are unclear as to whether they were actually consumed or merely "wanted". I don't understand what is meant by "wanted" as opposed to "consumed". Is actual "consumed" supply for a turn the ("wanted"+"consumed") or is it merely the ("wanted") or is it merely the ("consumed") ??

An explanation of these terms and their meaning or a simple line added in the next patch to the LP Event Log that showed totals produced and consumed would be helpful.

Thanks in advance !

There are no totals, because fort building that consumes supplies is done during your opponent logistics phase, and is visible only next week.

From the log:
quote:

14994 tons of SUPPLIES consumed last week by units building forts (100% construction level)
1077 tons of SUPPLIES consumed last week by cities building forts (100% construction level)
23756 tons of SUPPLIES converted to ammo
23083 tons of SUPPLIES consumed by units

Those items are the actual consumption (expenditure, permanent removal). But the first two items apply to previous turn...

There is no space in the log to add repeated explanations, and there is no way to show proper totals :(
