Hi,
Currently I have Command, updated with with Shifting Sands, Northern Inferno and Chains of War, patched thru Hotfix Patch 1.14 Build 998.7

Last night I purchased, downloaded and installed Silent Service, all is good.

Question, do I now need to re-patch using Hotfix 998.6 and 998.7 to conquer the Issues those fixes addressed or are the Fixes already in the Silent Service Downloads?

I am not sure on the direct answer, but it won't hurt to do it. The hotfixes can applied over 1.14.

If you still see build 998.7 when you run CMANO, you're good. If not, you'll need to reapply just the 998.7 hotfix.
