BletchleyGeek -> Some User Interface "glitches" (3/22/2018 9:12:05 PM)

All of the following has been observed on a Surface 3 (the cheapest ones) running Windows 10 with default display settings:

-> Scrolling the Map with the mouse vs. arrow keys
--> Maps scrolls first, then units are redrawn
--> That is slightly disconcerting as it seems that units are moving to catch up with the map
--> With the arrow keys, scrolling works nicely

-> Double clicking on stacks vs. using the 'f' shortcut
--> Double clicking on a stack seems to convey a noticeable delay (and you get two "click" sounds, the second is like a second after the first, about the same time the UI seems to be pondering what to do).

There's also issues with DPI scaling, UI elements appear rendered very small, but the layout isn't broken (as happens with so many other games). Perhaps this can be solved by configuring the shortcut to the executable.

hopefully add the correct setting will alter it so as to not effect the scaling, as from what i can remember of the pro, it's has quite a high res and % change in the default settings seen in other posts on the same hardware

I need to test what happens if I turn the "fullscreen" mode off. The main menu and briefings look perfectly proportioned, it's the actual game interface the one that gets a bit wonky.

Will have a look, cheers.

Haven't noticed the double clicking on stack (but then I think I usually use the F key so perhaps that's why I didn't notice it).

Thanks! [;)]
