Puciek -> [FIXED] Bug in search radar sharing when out of comms? (3/27/2018 6:23:45 PM)

When playing Creeping death it seems that I am getting contact updates from a ship that I am out of comms with. As per picture:

My sub is at -476ft, moving creep and yet I am getting updates on the signal on the FFG 57 from FV Viktor Kot radar. This doesn't sound right!

Attaching save.

I tested your save, the "last detection" list gets refreshed as if the nocomm ship is still tracking it, but you aren't actually getting updates on its position. Even the reported "estimated range" isn't the true range once the FFG drifts away from the spy ship, you can check this by turning on god's eye view.

To anyone else who wants to test it: you have to go to periscope depth, raise the sat mast, get the FFG real position, go deep again, select the FFG and you'll see that the last detection list keeps updating every second or so even if the contact stays stationary and the "last detected" timer under the unit icon starts ticking

Logged (#14065).

Fixed for next update. The detection(s) made by 'out of comms' units will no longer show up in the right side UI panel.
